Hardfacing Recovery of the End Covers and the Hollow Shafts of the Mill
Worn Description: The end covers and the hollow shafts of the mill would crack (circumferential crack length from500 to 3000mm) untimely, which increase the risk to the mills. It is unbearable to any company to waste such a long time for making the new spare parts to replace the cracking parts.
Solution: Recovery by hardfacing, which takes less time to recovery the cracking parts to normal condition, thus saves the time for preparing the new spare parts and the replacement can be made till the overhaul period.
