This series of hardfacing materials is developed aiming at high-stress grinding abrasion and gouging abrasion with moderate impact. It is largely used for hardfacing and repairing the roller parts such as crusher rollers and rolling machine rollers. It is also a key hardfacing material to make the “Composite Wear Plates”. This series of hardfacing materials has won the second prize of the Science & Technology Award of Shandong Province and it is also the important part of a National New Product Program and a National Torch Program.
